This is the seismic assessment of a six-storey reinforced concrete building with a total area of approximately 2,300 m² in Marousi, Athens. The building was constructed in the early 1980s and had a significant lack of shear reinforcement, even by the standards of its construction period. The assessment was carried out in 2023 using the Geek Interventions Code KAN.EPE. and employing of the non-linear static procedure (NSP with pushover analysis) with the SeismoBuild software package.
