The project involves the seismic assessment and the design of the seismic retrofit a 2-storey, reinforced concrete building in Voula, Athens. The design of the strengthening interventions was carried out with the Greek Interventions Code (KANEPE) employing the nonlinear static procedure in the SeismoBuild software package.
The project was conducted in 2022 and the strengthening proposal involved the application of RC jackets or FRP wrapping in some of the vertical members of the ground floor.
