This is a modern four-storey offices and shops building in Chalkida at the corner of Varatasi and Favierou str. In the right at the commercial and financial centre of Chalkida very close to the Court of Justice and the Town Hall.
Particular attention has been given to the architectural design, both internal and external, in the selection of materials and construction methods and in the construction quality, so that new building constitutes a place of attraction.
The construction began in mid-2007 and was competed in early 2009.
