This is the seismic assessment of a six-story building with a total area of approximately 2,000 m² in Glifada, Athens. The building was constructed in the late 1970s. The assessment was carried out in 2023 using the Geek Interventions Code KAN.EPE. and employing the non-linear static procedure NSP (pushover analysis) with the SeismoBuild software package.
