The project concerns the structural assessment and the design of the strengthening interventions in a 3-storey, reinforced concrete building in Nea Erithrea, Athens. The building was constructed in the early 1980s with relatively low seismic specifications. The retrofit measures consisted of new RC walls, RC jackets, and wrapping with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) fabrics.

The study was conducted in early 2024 over a period of 30 days, and it employed the procedures of the Greek Interventions Code (KANEPE) for nonlinear static analysis using the SeismoBuild software.
